A light roast using Fair Trade Organic beans from Mexico and Peru. A tart, earthy flavor with a hint of grapefruit.
 
We worked with 1840 Brewing to create a limited batch roast that pairs perfectly with the beer they created to celebrate our 5th Anniversary.
